We are looking for volunteers to get involved for a few hours a month whenever it suits YOU.
We know that your time is precious, so we will work with you to make sure that you get the most out of your experience with us when working directly with the groups/schools and running directly your own sessions and schedules. There are many aspects of the organisation you can choose to get involved with:
VOLUNTEERING POSITIONS:
1) AGRICULTURAL TECHNICIAN OPPORTUNITY
Qualification: Any such qualification.
Age: 20years and above.
Duration: Short and Long term.
Responsibility:
– Organise training workshops with local farming groups(with the help of local volunteers).
– Make periodic reports as you deem fit.
– Coordinate activities with selected farming groups.
– Give suggestions if possible, implement ways to make FEPCIG more efficient towards her service delivery.
2) EDUCATIONIST
Qualification: As from high school.
Age: 20years and above.
Duration: Short and Long term.
Responsibility:
– Teach a subject of your choice in school according to your schedule.
– Fill report cards and grade the learners.
3) COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKER OPPORTUNITY
Qualification: Any qualification as a health worker.
Age: 20years and above.
Duration: Short and long term.
Responsibility:
– Organise health talks to the communities (with the help of local volunteers).
– Make periodic reports as you deem fit.
– Visit the sick and disabled, educating and comforting them.
